Lyubka Vasileva – Karapanova has a Master’s degree in Law as a Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” graduate. She has over 25 years of experience in the field of commercial and corporate law, banking law, intellectual property, procedural representation and alternative dispute resolution (arbitration and mediation).
She has worked for several leading Bulgarian banks and corporate clients (including public companies).
Lyubka is a Bulgarian and European industrial property representative in the field of trademarks, geographical indications and industrial design, having graduated with honors the EUIPO Trademarks and Design Training Program, 2020-2021 edition.
Since 2006 she is a certified mediator with experience in over 100 mediation sessions in commercial, family, property and other disputes. Mediation trainer since 2008.
Lyubka is an arbiter in the Court of Arbitration at the Confederation of employers and industrials in Bulgaria since 2015.
Fluent in English and Spanish languages.
