Yavor Tankov provides legal consultations on matters, concerning the preparation of corporate documents, M&A, conclusion, amendment, and termination of commercial agreements, transfer of real estates, construction law matters, preparation of company policies and regulations, employment issues, redundancy proceedings, etc.
Yavor represents clients in civil, commercial and employment disputes, as well as in administrative penalty and enforcement proceedings.
He also provides legal assistance and representation in administrative proceedings, such as customs procedures, relating to duties repayment and matters relating to dumping imports protection.
Yavor has completed various trainings, including: Court Proceedings before the Supreme Court of Cassation (2022), introductory training on the Practical Use of FIDIC Conditions of Contract (2021), Rescindment of Contracts under Art. 87 of the Obligations and Contract Act (2020), Training of Young Jurists on the Matters of the Court of Arbitration (2018).
Fluent in English and Spanish languages.
